General Description

Katalyx is an excellent example of this popular cruiser racer from the renowned X-yachts stable. More than 20 of the X 562 were made between 1999 and 2004. Launched in 2001 and having one owner from new, she is the "owners" 3 cabin version and has been maintained to a very high standard. 

With a Leisure furl In-Boom furling system and powered winches she is both easy to handle and a delight to sail. 

She is located in Port Olympic in Barcelona and the berth is available by separate negotiation.

Construction

Hull/Deck - Isophalic polyester sandwich construction with E glass and Divinycell core.

Solid laminate around the keel reinforcement structure, rudder and all through hull fittings

Structural bulkheads of marine plywood bonded to hull and deck
