Accommodations

Glorious mahogany woodwork throughout!

The spacious saloon is the central living area in the boat. Two very comfortable settees surround the large saloon table. Folding table top . Bottle storage in centre of table. Numerous shelves and cupboards. Ample overhead lights and reading lights for settees and berths. Grab rail on starboard side of saloon ceiling and on both sides of the companionway. the companionway steps can be removed for access to the engine room. There is a door in the passageway to the aft cabin that allows access to this space and through which all daily inspections and tasks can be completed.

Galley:-
The galley is located down one side of the passageway through to the aft cabin. Stainless steel twin sinks with hot and cold pressurised water from modern single lever tap fitting. Foot pump for delivery of fresh water in event of electrical failure. Gimballed twin burner gas cooker with oven. 80 lt. well insulated refrigeration unit. Many cupboards, cabinets and shelves offering storage for utensils and vitals.

Navigation area:-
The navigation area is located amidships on the starboard side just forward of the heads compartment. Separated from the saloon by a half bulkhead with integrated grab handle.Penola has a huge outboard facing chart table with lots of draws 

Heads Compartment:-
On the starboard side at the bottom of the companionway steps. Standing headroom of 1.85M, the interior is finished in white laminate finish for easy clean surfaces with Corian used for floor plate and wash hand basin worktop. The WC is placed in a fore and aft aspect with bulkheads on either side to offer support. Very easy to use at sea on either tack. Hot and cld pressured water delivered from single lever faucet which can be extracted to act as shower head. The compartment has ample cupboard storage and a ventilated wet locker for oilies. There is an opening porthole to the side deck.

Aft Cabin:-
Double berth on the starboard side with a total length of 2.10M and settee to port. Three port holes of which two are opening and a skylight (deck hatch) that also serves as an emergency exit. Good cupboard, shelve and wardrobe storage for personal gear.

Forward Cabin:-
Wide double V berth about 2M long. Good cupboard, shelve and wardrobe storage spaces for personal gear. Deck hatch and portholes with blinds and screens.
